Adapted Tummy Time

Since Sawyer has been in her brace Mommy has been concerned with how her motor skills are developing. We had several people over to the house to evaluate Sawyer to see if she would qualify for physical therapy. She did qualify and will start services soon. In the meantime, they told us how to "adapt" tummy time so Sawyer could still work on tummy time. They told us to put a pillow at her hips and that would help her not feel so unstable on her tummy. She seems much happier this way.
