This week has been a little crazy because Sawyer has been really sick. On Tuesday, Mommy took her to the urgent care and the doctor there told her that Sawyer has croup and was mildly dehydrated. Sawyer was in pretty good spirits but then had to get a steroid shot. She was not a happy camper. Needless to say, Sawyer is out of daycare until she gets better, which means I get to stay home and help take care of her too. Mommy stayed home with us on the first day. Here is a picture of Sawyer laying on the floor, watching me play. She didn't even want to play with me when I gave her a toy...poor Sawyer!
Mommy was busy helping Sawyer feel better so I decided I would take some pictures without her know...What do you think? Not too shabby...
Day 2 of being home...looking a little better! Little did we know it was going to get worse!! On Saturday Mommy took Sawyer back to the doctor because she said she just had a feeling Sawyer was getting worse. Mommy was right...Sawyer had an ear infection in one ear and fluid in the other. First round of antibiotics...
Come Sunday, Sawyer was feeling much better. We are hoping to go back to daycare tomorrow! So far, I am staying strong and avoiding all the germs in my house!!
